What's quackin' at Puddle Ducks!

Hello!

Well we had another fun-filled day at school! Lots of investigating, being silly, and good times!

Let the Wild Rumpus Start!

Puzzle Mania!

Working those fine motor muscles!

We fed our babies (and Elliot) and put them down for a nap.

And then had fun weighing things!

We also did The Monster Stomp, Father Abraham, and then played games with our bean bags and bowling pins. We had animal crackers, oranges, and string cheese for snack. We watched a short video about owls. Did you know owls can't move their eyes and that is why they can swivel their heads? Whoooooo knew? :)

We finished our day with stories and songs.

What We Did at School Yesterday!

Well it was another action-packed, fun-filled day at Puddle Ducks!

Last week this box was our tent and this week it's our town! What will it be next week?

We also played in our kitchen, did the Hokey Pokey, created towers out of blocks and then knocked them down with bean bags, made an obstacle course out of blocks and then were frogs, bunnies, horses, and gorillas running the course! We had bagels, cream cheese, and oranges for snack. We played with our forest animals again and finished the day by reading stories!

Whew! 

What We Did at School Today

Hello! Hello!

Here's what we did at school today:

What better way to learn about letters than to construct them?

Making animal shelters with our Magna-Tiles.

Fun with shapes, colors, and buttons. 

We also played in our kitchen, ran an obstacle course made of blocks, marched around the room to John Philip Sousa, did The Beanie Bag Dance, had string cheese, animal crackers, and bananas for snack. We read stories, sang songs, and had a wonderful day! 

Another Fun Day at Puddle Ducks!

Here's the classroom, ready for another fun day!

Today at school we:

Played with our woodland animals.
Made a forest for them to play in with play-doh snow and trees.
Played with our new kitchen! We made cookies and pizza and all kinds of yummy treats!
We played an animal dice game and began learning about graphs.
We had apple slices, peanut butter, and fish crackers for snack.
We did lots of exercises (including throwing and catching bean bags, jumping over blocks, and building towers and knocking them down. )
We played with our car garage and learned how to count by how high the cars were stacked.
We played with dot paints.
We read books, sang songs and had a quackin' good time!

Back to School Tomorrow!

The holidays are over and it's time for my little ducklings to come back to school! And look what Santa brought for them to play with!

We'll be cooking up some fun with our new kitchen play set!

Puddle Ducks will be open for mid-winter break as well as spring break!

I'm excited to announce that Puddle Ducks will be open for the month of July with four one-week camps! 

Registration for the 2017-2018 year will be happening in March so keep your eyes peeled for information on securing your spot for fall!
